Life is made up of progressive ‘BREAK-throughs’ and regressive ‘BACK-throughs.’ Both are ongoing and both involve change. Resist embracing either and you plateau. Navigate them and you will achieve elevated levels of success!

Heraclitus said, “Change is the only constant.” Yet, we often fight-off change rather than embrace it. As leaders, we must embrace change … we only benefit from the resistance we choose to embrace.
As you approach the new year, choose to embrace change. Whatever you have gone through this past year, choose to learn whatever you can to make YOU better! When you do that, you are making “change” work for you not against you. You are making GROWTH happen. Remember this: when you GROW YOU, you will always BREAK-THROUGH!
Your NEXT LEVEL will happen, not because you decide to Go there, but it will happen because you GROW THERE!
