Great leaders need great followers and great followers become great leaders.” –Leadershipology.com

If there was ever someone that could have done it alone, it would be Jesus! Why did Jesus choose followers? He needed leaders.

The test for all leaders is how and who they followed themselves. The better follower you are, the better the leader you will be. The worst leaders are those who have never followed or did not follow well.

The test for every follower is to continue to follow when they would lead differently if it was up to them. Following, anyone will challenge the way you normally do things.

Choosing to follow anyone will deal with a normal rebellious spirit that everyone has. The reason rebellious spirits must be dealt with in the follower is because every leader must have agreement and commitment for any vision to come to pass. Followers who rebel and become leaders, do not lead revolutions, but they lead rebellions.

Who are you following?
