Excelling in love means: raising the needs and desires of another to the level of your own. It involves empathy, generosity, unselfishness, mercy, compassion and most importantly, ACTION. In the end, love is more than a feeling, it is a “motivated action” on behalf of another.

“Let love be your greatest aim…” 1 Corinthians 14:1 (Living Bible)

Make love your greatest risk!

Take a Risk…to BE FREE!!
To laugh is to risk appearing the fool.
To weep is to risk appearing sentimental.
To reach out for another is to risk involvement.
To expose feelings is to risk exposing your true self.
To place ideas and dreams before a crowd is to risk being called naive.
To love is to risk not being loved in return.
To live is to risk dying.
To hope is to risk despair.
To try is to risk failure.
But risk must be taken, because the greatest hazard in life is to risk nothing.
The person who risks nothing, does nothing, has nothing, is nothing, and becomes nothing.
They may avoid suffering and sorrow, but they cannot learn, feel, change, grow, love, live.
Chained by their certitude, they are slaves; they have forfeited their freedom.
Only a person who risks is truly free.

In the end, love is more than a feeling, it is a “motivated action” on behalf of another. Make love your greatest risk, as when you Excel in Love, you will Excel in Life!
