Think Like A Warrior

“The LORD is a warrior; the LORD is his name.” –Exodus 15:3

What is a warrior? Warriors are individuals, who are intentional about being in the battle, intentional about being in the game, intentional about being in the kingdom of God.

Why do we need to think like warriors? Being a male is a matter of birth, being a man and being a warrior is a matter of choice. You’ve got to decide what do you want to be, a man or a warrior? Know that God wants you to think like a warrior.

The truth is most of us have not learned to think like a warrior because most of our fathers didn’t think like a warrior. Your decision to be a warrior will not be because of what your father did or didn’t do, it is going to be because YOU made the decision to be a Warrior. You decided that you are more than just a businessperson…more than just a typical husband…more than just a typical father. You decided that God put you on the earth, to be more than just a man. You decided to fulfill your purpose on the earth.

The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of comfort or convenience, but where he stands at times of challenge and controversy.

Choose to be a Warrior. Know that God wants you to be a Warrior.
