It is more than the fulfillment of a goal … Leadership’s goal is to fulfill!
Leadership is not about receiving honor, it’s about giving honor.
It is not about being served, but about serving others.
It is not about people taking care of you, it is about you taking care of others.
It is not about being at the top and looking down, it is about being on the bottom pushing up.
Leadership is BEING, before it is DOING.
It is living life from INSIDE/OUT, not OUTSIDE/IN.
It is about developing you, without everything having to be about you.
It is about DOING Whatever it Takes, because you want to BE the best you, you can BECOME.
It is about BEING big enough to follow, so that you’re not “too small” to lead.
Leadership is about personal growth and development.
It is about reaching your full potential.
It is about living life with a Spirit of Excellence.
It is about “going the extra mile,” rather than “taking another lap.”
It is about discovering the greatness WITHOUT.
The Word of God is our ultimate personal growth and development manual. The only “Do Not Grow” in scripture is, “do not grow weary in doing good.” Is the Word of God part of your learning agenda?
