My extended definition of Leadership is:
The capacity of an individual to discover their passion, develop their vision, and deploy their greatness that elevates them personally and creates the ability to empower others to do the same.
Leadership is a lot of things, but it begins with Passion. Passion can be defined as extravagant fondness, enthusiasm, or desire for anything. It is related to your gifts and talents and is the unseen force that propels you upward into your future. The fact is that once you discover your passion, you can begin to develop your vision, which is the picture of the future that you want. As you lead your passion and vision, you will deploy your greatness, which I call your 1% – Your Unstoppable Force!
