“There is no Great Progress without Great Process.” – Leadershipology.com

Process can be defined as: A proceeding, or progressive course, gradual progress, methodical management, the path to greatness.

Every great team needs a process to focus on and execute around their top priorities. Without such a system, success becomes a matter of chance and unpredictable factors. Edward Deming said, “If you can’t describe what you are doing as a process, you don’t know what you’re doing.”

A team cannot make great progress without a great process. That said, one of the most frequently asked questions I get while speaking around the world is around how to build high performing teams … teams that make great progress!
