One of the greatest powers you have been given is the power of choice. Look around. Who are your friends and those with whom you spend a great deal of time? If they are not sources of inspiration and encouragement, it may be time to seek some new, positive friends. Do they have influence with others? Do they possess strength in my areas of weakness? Do they positively impact others around me?

Listen to the words of Paul: “I appeal to you, brothers, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that all of you agree with one another so that there may be no divisions among you and that you may be perfectly united in mind and thought.” (1 Corinthians 1:10 NIV)

The truth is, to live an emotionally healthy life, we need people in our lives. We need healthy, supportive relationships. Do you need to make some changes?
