We make happiness happen. Happiness doesn’t just happen. It’s not happenstance. How do you make happiness happen? Happiness happens when we find wisdom.
Happy is the man who finds wisdom, the man who gains understanding, for she is more profitable than silver, and yields better returns than gold. She is more precious than rubies; nothing that you desire can compare with her.” Proverbs 3:13-15
All of our happiness and our unhappiness stems from our desires, what we desire to happen. Scripture says, Happy is the man who finds wisdom. Happy is the woman who finds wisdom.
Make connecting your most important competency. This is how you make happiness happen.
You have got to connect who you are with God, you have got to connect what you do with what God wants for your life and with what your desires are.
Remember whatever you desire, don’t desire anything above wisdom.
