Most people are more concerned about being approved by others than influencing others. Eliminate that thought process and transform to a spirit of serving others. This shift in thinking will serve you into leadership. More importantly, God wants you to be an influence to the world. He will work through you to positively influence people.
Martin Luther King said, “Transformation happens at the level of service.”
When you make serving others your #1 goal, you have unlocked the secret of significance. Servant Leadership is your gateway to greatness. It is an initiation of greatness by the one serving and it is intended to benefit the one being served. However, the real beneficiary of Servant Leadership is the one who leads by serving. Which then, permits for a place of indispensability for you.

Zig, lived his life serving others, that was his number one goal in life. He knew the importance of making that decision for his life. Don’t make your number one goal a financial goal. Don’t make your number one goal to retire financially independent. Don’t make your number one goal this or that. Make your number one goal in life to serve others.
When we choose to be servants, when we choose to make serving our number one goal, God says, “You’re going to be great!”
Just get that spirit, that attitude of a servant. You CAN live a life of Servant Leadership!
