Delight yourself also in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.” – Psalm 37:4

God wants you to walk to His favor – to have an assigned, designed, advantage for success!

It is important we understand favor. The Bible says in Luke 2:52 that Jesus grew in wisdom, stature, and favor with both God and man. This verse does not say He grew in blessing. It says He grew in favor. If Jesus – the one and only Son of God, the Alpha, and Omega – needed to grow in the favor of God, so do we!

How do we walk in the Pathway of God’s Favor? There are four ways: Walk in Grace; Walk in Mercy; Walk in Faithfulness; Walk in Generosity. Today, we will focus on Walking in Grace.

Grace is the gateway for favor. It means unmerited favor … that we get more than we deserve. The Bible says that Jesus came in grace and in truth. I imagine we are all glad we have a God that wants to give us more than we deserve!

God wants us to have a spirit of grace.
Grace is God reaching down to my natural to elevate my life with His Supernatural, to a place where His purpose is accomplished, His promises are fulfilled and His provision helps me reach my full God-given potential.” – Leadershipology.com

Grace is a “more” spirit…God giving us more than we deserve.
For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast. For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.” – Ephesians 2:8-10 NKJV

Grace is a “powerful” spirit of God to do things God’s way.
“Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit,’ Says the LORD of hosts.” – Zechariah 4:6 NKJV

To walk in the pathway of God’s favor, begin by walking in grace!
