Change agents … much has been said and written about them. Change agents are the leaders who make any change possible. They see what and how things should be, especially when it concerns human capability and organizational systems, and act on behalf of everyone to make things better.
Think of someone who has been a change agent in your life. What are several characteristics that made this person a good change agent? Jot them down. Then, choose three of them … write them on a small piece of paper. Carry it with you with you as a reminder and each time you face change, revisit them, and then choose to walk them out!
Be the leader who makes any change possible … the leader who acts on behalf of everyone to make things better … be a change agent!
