Being “All In”

If you are in a friendship, be All In. If you are in a job, be All In. If you are in a church, be All In. Whatever you are in deserves your All In!

If you’re All In, your life proves it in all areas. What proof do you have of being All In? If you leave, back down, don’t take a stand; if you cover yourself without covering others; if you make it about me and not we, you’re not All In. A lot of people talk “All in” but at some point “bail out” because of what it cost to be “All in.”

Leaders who are truly All In are consistent in who they are – no matter what! They are persistent in what they stand for and WHO they stand for … and yes, time does tell. They become Omnipotent Warriors who fight against the darkness of mediocrity, insecurity, and normal thinking, being, and doing!
