Your past only has the future that you give it. Some people drag their past like a ball and chain into every new day and new relationship. Stop it! Today is a new season. If you learn from your past, you can make any negative situation of your past work for your good in the future. Your past has no future unless you decide for it too.
Change is not about what has happened in your past. It is about what you have learned from your past that makes you better.
The Bible says, “And we know that all things work together for the good of those who love God and who have been called according to His purpose.” (Romans 8:28)
The most important thing every person is called to do is to CHANGE, not for change sake but for God’s sake. You have been created in the IMAGE of God. You are His child.
Today, begin to IMAGE a future that you deserve as a child of God. Don’t focus on the what, who, where, how and when of the past. Focus…IMAGE the good things that God has prepared for those who love Him. Love God…Love Change.
