The first requirement of self-leadership is identifying and aligning oneself with Core Values…a what matters most way of thinking. Once you understand what matters most to you, you are more able to identify others who value the same things you do.
The strength of any long-term relationship is based on a foundation of shared values. When you align your life with what you value, you then attract people to your life who value the same things.
What you value will lead you to your most valuable assets and that is people.
