One of the definitions of Generosity is…a spirit of freedom to give liberally.
The Bible says,”For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.” – John 3:16
One of the hallmarks of generosity is love. When you are generous, you love God back the way He loves you. Through generosity, you love others the way God loves them. Generosity is fully expressed when you give your best. That is what God did when He gave His Only Son.
Being a generous person is not about possessing certain personality characteristics or having more than others have. It is about giving the best you have out of a heart of love.
