Many people place a premium on efficiency…doing things right. While it is important to do things right, it is more important to do the right things. Doing the right things is a matter of character and in the long run, that is what makes one effective in every area of life. It is one thing to hire someone to do a job for you. It is yet another for someone to be for you what you need. Efficiency is valuable but effectiveness is priceless!
