For a righteous man may fall seven times And rise again, But the wicked shall fall by calamity.” Proverbs 24:16

We have all fallen in life, some of us harder than others, but we all have fallen. The failure is not in the fall, but whether we choose to get back up. When you get knocked down, you GROW by getting back up STRONGER.

You don’t grow by being a do-gooder, you grow by being a do-Goder. You grow by knowing that God is for you, so who can be against you. God is a merciful God and gives mercy even when we don’t deserve it.

The just man falls, sometimes falls seven times perhaps, into sin, sins of infirmity, through the surprise of temptation; but he rises again by repentance, finds mercy with God, and regains his peace.” Those whom the Lord regards as righteous may fall into sin, and they may fall deeply, but they will eventually come to repentance.” – Matthew Henry

It doesn’t matter to God how or how hard you fall, it is how you get back up and how you learn from your mistakes. It is how you become more like God. Learning from your falls and GROWing more like Him, that is what God wants you to know.

It doesn’t matter where you have been, it matters where you are going. It doesn’t matter that you have fallen, it matters that you get back up. It doesn’t matter if your life looks like it is going backwards. When you have a setback, don’t take a step back get ready for your comeback. It will be better than you can ever imagine. God is great!
