God’s Goals For Leadership

Wherever you are in leadership, whatever your goals may be, know that God wants us to be leaders. God has kingdom goals for His people. He wants to bring heaven to earth.

God’s goals are the establishment of His Kingdom in the earth, this is His number one goal. God also wants all people to become Christ followers, that servants become developed leaders, that stewards become deployed sowers of righteousness or God’s way of doing things. God wants us to get this enough that we don’t just follow Him; but in following Him, we become a servant of Him.

In serving Him, we become a leader.  In becoming a leader, I then become a steward. A steward of what is His, not of an owner of what is His or mine, but I become a steward of what is His. 

At this level of leadership, I get to be a sower that God says, “Now, my right way of doing things or my righteousness is going to be demonstrated first through leadership in your own life.  And then as a result of that, your life is going to be a sower that sows my principles into the world., and My way of doing things will be seen.”

Matthew 5 says, “Let your light so shine before men, that they see your good works; and because they see your good works, they glorify God in heaven.”

These are God’s goals for leadership, THINK Strategic…BE Intentional…DO Kingdom!
