The discovery and recognition of your God-given talent is a discovery and recognition of your ability to lead. At a minimum, it is your God-given ability to lead yourself. That’s a big deal! People who discover their God-given talent begin to develop their uniqueness, and in the process consistently become the best they can be all the time.
I have passionately studied Leadership for over thirty-five years. But I have been striving to lead myself, in small and big ways, for as long as I can remember.
Leadership is a way of THINKING before anything else. The point is not about me doing some great deed. It is about being the best me by leading myself to do what needs to be done, especially when no one else is looking. It is about practicing the art of self-leadership.
