We all have relationships, some personal and others professional. Regardless of the nature of the relationship, they are either: Transactional or Transformational.
- Transactional relationships are characterized by a mutually beneficial “what’s in it for me” attitude. They are relationships that are based on the 50/50 model, whereby each person assumes responsibility for 50% of the relationship, as long as there is something in it for them.
- Transformational relationships, on the other hand, are characterized by people who are willing to give their all for the benefit of another. They are relationships that are 100/100, whereby both people give their all for the success of the relationship and benefit of the other.

Great relationships are worth great effort. The more intentional you are about giving your “all” in relationships, the richer your relationships will become!
