The questions you ask will determine the answers you get.
Questions are powerful, because they direct and reveal answers. Some people ask questions about the past, what has been. “Why did that happen to me?” A better question would be, “How can I use what happened to me to make my life better?”
Some people ask questions about the present…”What if?”, “Why does this always happen to me?” A better question might be, “What can I learn from this today, so it doesn’t keep repeating itself?”
Some people ask questions about the future, such as: “What is possible?” or “I wonder if things will ever get any better?”
A better question might be, “What can I do today to make tomorrow better?”
