Poverty is a mentality. A mentality of lack…a mentality of ‘I don’t have enough’…a mentality of ‘get all you can and sit in the can!’ It is a mindset and has nothing to do with the amount of money you have or don’t have…but it has everything to do with what you do with what you have! Bottom line…it is man’s REALITY!
Generosity is also a mentality! Rather than lack, it’s an ABUNDANCE mentality!!! Rather than I don’t have enough, it’s an ‘I have MORE THAN ENOUGH’ mentality! Rather than get all you can for yourself, it’s a mentality that says ‘I’m going to get all I can, so I can give all I can to help others know by my example that THEY CAN do all things through Christ who is their strength!!!’
